Minister for Religious Affairs announces to cut cost of upcoming Hajj 2022
Mufti Abdul Shakoor, Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, has declared that the cost of the 2018 Hajj will be reduced to less than 6,50,000 rupees.
Taking the floor of the National Assembly on Friday, he stated that pilgrims' apartments in Makkah and Madinah had been rented at cheaper costs.
He stated that attempts are being made to minimise the expense of the Hajj even further so that ordinary Muslims may fulfil their religious obligations with ease.
According to the Minister, a complete and economical Umrah and Ziaraat package would be presented soon.
