Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Email / SMS campaign and production teams to ensure quality of messages
- Own end to end testing of emails, including rendering, links and tracking codes are functioning correctly
- Help define and document consistent testing process across stakeholders and lines of business
- Assist Growth Campaign Manager on campaign management and setup
- Work across teams to ensure we have line of sight to analytics originating from emails
- Build out technical requirements and timeline with internal and external partners
- Identify and help mitigate roadblocks through communication with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with customer segmentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Communication, English, or Business Administration
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and Ampscript
