Job Requirements:
- Working with worldwide remote teams is a plus.
- A real customer advocate who is passionate about service design and building human-centered offerings.
- Knowledge of existing and new tools and approaches for service design.
- Demonstrated expertise utilising systems thinking to design challenges and working in a technical area while delivering service design solutions in a customer service setting.
- Ability to bring the customer journey to life via technical and process documentation - describing solutions and needs across functional teams.
- Strong change management and partner management abilities Strong data analysis skills, able to handle a number of challenges using a variety of analytical tools and methodologies.
