- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR
- Certified Internal Auditor, OR
- Certified Fraud Examiner, OR
- Certified Internal Control Auditor, OR
- The person holding a Master’s Degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
