Ehsaas Scholarship Program 2021 for Undergraduate Students

Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship is now accepting applications. Students can apply for the Ehsaas undergraduate scholarship 2022 on the HEC portal. Ehsaas' undergraduate scholarship programme offered 67,000 scholarships last year. The Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship steering committee authorised a budget of Rs6.53 billion. The award was applied for by 111,685 undergraduate students last year. Female students made up 42,430 of the total.

The deadline for HEC Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship 2022 applications has been extended till December 31, 2021. In 2019, Pakistan's government introduced Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship, the country's largest undergraduate scholarship programme. In four years, the Ehsaas undergraduate scholarship programme will provide 200,000 scholarships to eligible students. Female students are guaranteed a 50% quota. The Ehsaas scholarship is a fully-funded programme that includes not just tuition but also a monthly stipend for the students.

Eligibility Criteria for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship program 2021:

• Students from low-income homes who are deserving
• Students enrolled in linked public sector universities as undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• Only students who were admitted to public sector universities on the basis of merit are eligible.
• Students who have been accepted into a self-finance or self-support programme are ineligible to apply for the award.
• Students who are already receiving a scholarship or grant from another source are ineligible to apply.
• Students who are already receiving a scholarship or grant from another source are not eligible to apply.
• Only normal students are eligible for this programme. Students that are enrolled in a distance learning programme are not eligible.

Students enrolled in undergraduate degree programmes will be eligible for need-based scholarships through the Ehsaas Scholarship programme.
