- Prescribed Application Forms can be downloaded from the University Website www.uoch.edu.pk
- The application form must be properly filled and sent to the given address along with Original Bank Deposit Slip for
- Rs. 3000/- for S.No. 01
- Rs. 2000/- for S.No. 02 to 14
- Original Bank Receipt for online deposit in BOK IBB Chitral Branch Account Number 01373001457631 should be attached with the application form in case of online deposit of fee.
- The fee is also acceptable in the form of a Bank draft in favor of the University of Chitral.
- Application Forms, complete in all respects, along with attested copies of mentioned documents should reach the given address before the last date.

- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
- Original documents will have to be produced at the time of the interview.
