Interview Date: The interview will be held on 28.03.2018 in the office of the undersigned at 10:00 AM.
1. All the certificates / documents / testimonials / experience certificates / domicile / CNIC / 02- passport size photographs be attached with application attested by Gazetted Officer.
2. Complete application form in all respect must be reached in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, BVH, Bahawalpur within 15 days of the publication.
3. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
4. Only short listed candidates will be allowed for interview.
5. Latest Govt. Rules & Regulations / Policies will be followed regarding age limitations, age relaxation.
6. General age relaxation in upper age limit for male candidates: 5 years a. female candidates 8years.
7. Eligible candidates appearing for interview must bring the original documents along with attested photocopies.
8. Employees already serving should apply through proper channel their respective department along with NOC.
