Job Responsibilities:
Leading and managing full spectrum of Human Resource functions and play a key role in facilitating change management under organizational development and business process re-engineering as head of HR. Identifying, developing and retaining future leaders through coaching, leadership, development programs and succession planning
To advise top management on all matters concerning the employment, development and administration of human resources and formulating personnel policies.
Direct in departmental activity so as to give leadership and support in human resource development and achieving well motivated work force throughout the organization.
Giving overall direction to the handling of industrial relations, encouraging cooperation with Unions for achievement of common objectives whilst being diligent in maintaining Management prerogatives.
Ensuring that the requirements for technical, operational and management trainings are identified and met by in-house or by means of external programmes, and that they are monitored and revised as necessary.
Industrial relation management
Any other responsibility from time to time, directed by the CEO
