1. Prescribed application forms with detail information are available in the office of the Principal, Sahiwal Medical

2. All the certificates /documents/ testimonials/experience certificates/domicile, CNIC two passport size photographs
be attached with the application.
3. Application must reach in the office on or before 11-12-2017 during office hours.
