Punjab Skills Development Rind (PSDF) Is a Section 42, not-for-profit organization set up under the Companies Ordinance 1984 by the Government of the Punjab in collaboration with Department.for International Development, UK. PSDF is looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following positions based in Lahore:
ASSOCIATE - IT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Configuration and maintenance of Domain Controller, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, File Server, DNS and Antivirus.
2. Technical support, configuration and maintenance of hardware devices and software installations. 3. Access the consoles of network devices to monitor the health & logs to troubleshoot
4. Configuration & maintenance of Dell Sonic firewall.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent. )
1- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to an incumbent possessing MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or MCSE, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or COW (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and knowledge & concept of firewall.
MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - IT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Configuration and maintenance of Wireless Routers, Modems and Equipment.
2. Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures as well as maintain control records.
3. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
4. Administer outsourced Email services under the guidance of supervisor.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
• 0-1 year of relevant experience. Preference will be given to an incumbent possessing MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or MCSE, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or COW (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and knowledge & concept of firewall.
